Using Shandisa AI
You may use Shandisa AI only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Schools are responsible for authorizing their users and maintaining accurate account information.
You must protect login credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
School content and responsibilities
Schools retain ownership of the materials they upload. By uploading content, the school confirms it has the rights needed for Shandisa AI to process that content and provide the requested features.
Users must review AI-generated educational content before relying on it for formal assessment or instruction.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid access is provided according to the plan selected during registration. Fees, billing periods, and included services are shown before payment.
Subscriptions may be cancelled according to the applicable plan terms. Amounts already paid are handled as required by law and the agreed billing terms.
Service availability
We work to keep Shandisa AI reliable and secure, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our control.
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or relevant contact channels.
